With the Bears all but out of postseason consideration, Chicago's front office will need to look to the future. Head coach Lovie Smith and general manager Jerry Angelo will have to address the most important question that an NFL franchise has to answer, who is going to be our signal caller?

However, there aren't too many obvious options for the high-level decision makers to choose from. On board right now the Bears have 10-year veteran Brian Griese, fifth-year player Rex Grossman and third-year QB Kyle Orton. I had a chance to evaluate all three of these signal callers coming out of college and have seen most of them while in the league.
