Hard to give Naz the HOF nod

As a full member of the Boxing Writers Association of America, I have the privilege of casting a vote each October for the following June's induction class into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in Canastota, N.Y. Full members receive a ballot to vote for fighters in the modern category, meaning those boxers whose last bout came no earlier than 1943. I'm the kind of guy who takes the voting process very seriously. I like to get the ballot, peruse it, put it down for a bit, and then peruse it some more before making my vote. Often times I spend hours checking back over the careers of those on the ballot to refresh my memory or to educate myself on some of the older fighters I am not as familiar with.
