Everyone knows that Brett Favre is having a tremendous season. And some people even go as far to say his best season with not the greatest weapons surrounding him. However, I don't see it that way because he has talented targets, but they are virtually unknown.
The Packers leading receiver is nine-year veteran WR Donald Driver. Most all cheese heads know him as Favre's go-to guy, who has been catching balls from Favre for many years. The other top targets that have emerged this season are explosive second-year player WR Greg Jennings and rookie WR James Jones. Both of these athletes have great speed, quickness and route running ability. They can adjust to the ball well and make tough grabs in traffic. Because Driver is by far Favre's favorite target, the other two perimeter receivers are excellent complements to the strong-armed quarterback that is playing like a kid again. Plus, all three of these receivers have shown great run after the catch ability. Another pass-catcher that has emerged has been TE Donald Lee, who is having his best season as a pro. He has finally been given the opportunity to come out from behind TEBubba Frank's shadow. He is an excellent athlete for the position, has good hands and has been utilized more this season.
