Figo: The second coming?
MLS is on the verge of another major capture after Portuguese star Luis Figo reportedly inked a two-year deal with the Anschutz Entertainment Group worth $7 million. If the reports are true, then Figo presumably will join one of the clubs owned by AEG -- Houston or Los Angeles -- after the Serie A season concludes in May.
While his arrival might not generate the same fanfare as that of David Beckham, Figo would instantly become the best player ever to play in MLS, adding a great deal of credibility ...
