North Carolina won its third matchup against Duke, Tennessee got revenge against LSU and UConn moved forward while rival Rutgers stumbled. Which leaves us asking this: Will the real fourth No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament please stand up?

It was going to be Maryland … but the Terps were upset 74-63 Saturday by Duke in the ACC tournament semifinals. Rutgers' 20-point loss to UConn in the regular-season finale followed by an upset 57-56 loss to Louisville in the Big East tournament Sunday takes the Scarlet Knights out of the running. UConn will be a No. 1 regardless of whether it wins the Big East tournament.

LSU would seem to still be in strong contention after its 61-55 loss to Tennessee in the SEC final Sunday. And what about Stanford? The Cardinal lost back-to-back games in early January at UCLA and Southern Cal. And with that Stanford fell out of No. 1 seed talk.
