Intriguing mid-first rounders

I love it when draft gurus talk about a guy's stock rising or falling. Remember O.J. Mayo was falling out of the top 10 in December? It simply means that either the gurus weren't paying attention, didn't evaluate him properly in the first place or both. It reminds me of the comments I've the last couple of years about Brandon Rush.

Three years ago, Rush participated in the Chicago pre-draft camp as a high school senior, where he more than held is own. Now, after shooting 44 percent from the 3-point arc in his career, after guarding Kevin Durant better than anyone in the Big 12, and after becoming the only player in Big 12 history to make first team all-conference three straight seasons, his stock is rising? Where have the gurus been?
