Training routine I don't really have a set routine. I adjust to how my body is feeling. I would normally chop and saw at least two days a week, two hours a day. I would also run, skip or row for cardio twice a week. Most competitions are on weekends so I would normally cut for three days (Mon.-Tues.-Wed.) for three hours, then rest for two days before competing.
