Although the amount of dry ice accompanying the presentation of the Euro 2008 trophy was more fitting for a 1982 bar mitzvah than an international medal ceremony, it brought to an end what was a thrilling festival of sports -- one that's had as many story lines as a Robert Altman movie, and almost as many topless scenes.
