Coleman to replace Yeley in 96; Jones to drive car at Watkins Glen
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- J.J. Yeley has been released by Hall of Fame Racing.
Road course specialist P.J. Jones will drive the No. 96 car in Sunday's race at Watkins Glen International. Nationwide Series driver Brad Coleman, who has been a test-team driver for HOF since November, will take over the following week at Michigan.
Yeley failed to make four of the 21 races this season and was ranked 36th in points. He had only one finish higher than 24th, a third-place finish at New Hampshire.
