USF become a player in Florida recruiting

It's no surprise that South Florida is beginning to land some of the state of Florida's top overall prospects. The program can sell a BCS opportunity to in-state prospects while giving them the opportunity to stay in Florida and play college football, something that most Florida prospects want to do.
