Nebraska's Mt. Rushmore of Sports

ESPN reviewed the submissions and discussions on your state/region's conversation page. The four figures on Nebraska's Sports Rushmore are below:

Tom Osborne (Hastings, Nebraska Cornhuskers) - The three-time National Championship winner also won 13 conference titles and made 25 bowl appearances. He also represented Nebraska in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Bob Gibson (Omaha, Creighton) - The two-time Cy Young winner won the 1968 NL MVP and two World Series titles in 17 seasons with the Cardinals. He was also a high school basketball star who played with the Harlem Globetrotters.

Tommie Frazier (Nebraska Cornhuskers) - The quarterback of the 1994 and 1995 National Champion Huskers, Frazier was also MVP of the '95 Orange and '96 Fiesta Bowls.

Gale Sayers - The electrifying Sayers starred for the Chicago Bears in the NFL and graduated from Omaha Central High School.
