Mid-major powers on brink of Tournament abyss

When the Butler-Davidson bracket buster game was first announced, both of these teams sat high atop of their conferences and looked possible high seeds in the upcoming NCAA tournament. In the past two weeks, much has changed.

Davidson lost to the College of Charleston at home on February 7th and to The Citadel two nights ago. In between, star guard Stephen Curry sprained his ankle, missing the second loss.
