Purdue clicks in first half

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Purdue is shooting well and rebounding well. Good things tend to happen when teams do that.

Washington, meanwhile, is doing neither.

This combination explains why the Boilermakers lead 39-28 at the break, a dunk from JaJuan Johnson right before the buzzer sending Purdue to the locker room feeling pretty good about itself.
