Bruins' Ward may have broken bone
BOSTON -- Boston Bruins defenseman Aaron Ward left Sunday night's playoff game with what team doctors fear is a broken orbital bone after he was punched by Carolina's Scott Walker.
Bruins coach Claude Julien said the play is "not something they should be proud of." He also suggested that the NHL take a look at the play that occurred late in Boston's 4-0 victory over the Hurricanes in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference semifinal series.
