29. LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS: 26.31 POINTS PER SEASON (1970-2009)
Clippers. The name speaks for itself. But once upon a time, their fortunes seemed much brighter. When they broke into the league as the Buffalo Braves, they made the playoffs in their fourth season, and with an MVP and scoring champ in Bob McAdoo, they looked like the league's up-and-comers. The Braves made the playoffs three straight seasons, including a 49-win season in 1975, but traded McAdoo in 1977 and never recovered.
