Hicksville finds the scoring touch

LANCASTER, Mass. -- The Hicksville Strikers (N.Y.) under-16 boys' soccer team is certainly living up to its nickname.

A move by new coach Gary Nemeth to make this once defensive-minded club an offensive power paid off Wednesday with a 5-2 victory over CESA 92 Premier (S.C.) in the opening round of group play at the U.S. Youth Soccer national championships at Citizens Bank Fields at Progin Park.
