Kentucky HS coach gets one trial
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A judge has ruled that a former Kentucky high school football coach should face one trial on charges of reckless homicide and wanton endangerment in the death of one of his players.
Jefferson Circuit Judge Susan Schultz Gibson on Thursday also said attorneys for David Jason Stinson would need to ask for a delay in the scheduled Aug. 31 trial if they need more time to prepare their case. Stinson has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
