Rankings: Tight ends, Redskins, Chris Johnson

It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that I tend to be more conservative than most, but the rankings this week really show this side of me. Check out how I ranked the passers and catchers, and you'll see my top 10 is nearly identical to the average of the four rankers. At quarterback, though, we all were pretty much like this, seemingly all agreeing on who the top passers were, though the order was slightly different. That's actually good news if you have a tough time making decisions.

In fact, I think there's a pretty clear top-nine at quarterback for most weeks, and then each week you might see a new name at No. 10. This week, Eli Manning got my vote, because it's a nice matchup. Next week, it could be Carson Palmer when he plays the Cleveland Browns or when Jay Cutler plays the Detroit Lions. Or maybe it's Eli Manning again, taking on the Kansas City Chiefs. Wow. Gonna be tough to keep the top 10 quarterbacks to just 10 next week. Anyway, keep an eye on this theme for future weeks, as I don't seem to be mixing my first 10 and second 10 quarterbacks. At wide receiver, I had Anquan Boldin at No. 10, and nobody else did, but other than that my ranks were right on track with the average.
