2009 Season: There's little question that Elvis Andrus exceeded expectations. The 21-year-old dazzled fans and teammates defensively with his highlight-reel plays and impressive range. But he also pleased Rangers manager Ron Washington and his staff with his better-than-expected bat and his phenomenal speed.
