McKinney rebounds behind running game

Asked whether RB Damian Willis is a speed back or a power back, McKinney head coach Bobby Reyes had an answer most coaches wish they could give: both.

In his first season as a starter, the 6-0, 190-pound junior has used that combination of speed and strength to tally 1,539 yards, the most in the Metroplex for any running back in Class 4A. He has 15 touchdowns and a whopping 8.5 yards per carry through eight games.
