Was that Skrastins' best game as a Star?

You could make the argument. Or maybe his solid play is taken for granted a little.

Karlis Skrastins may have been the best Stars player on the ice on Wednesday. He helped create a few scoring chances -- and got two assists -- and blocked three shots, which is normal for him. One thing he does better than most in the NHL is block shots.

But he's also very reliable defensively and that allows Trevor Daley to take a few more chances in joining the rush and pushing the tempo. Skrastins ...
