Penalty count wasn't problem against Colts

The Patriots were flagged for just four accepted penalties last Sunday, which tied for their second-lowest output in a game. Their low on the year was against the Falcons in the third week of the season (2).

Through nine games, the Patriots have been called for 53 accepted penalties. That ranks tied for 14th fewest, on average per game, among NFL teams.

The total does not include seven penalties that were declined, as well as two offsetting penalties.
