I could have given you 30 guesses at picking who the top two fantasy football quarterbacks would have been in Week 11, and you wouldn't have gotten it right. Hmmm, let's see, there's Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers … And who leads all QB scorers? Matthew Stafford and Brady Quinn, who combined for 60 fantasy points. They weren't only the top quarterbacks for the week (entering Monday night, of course, because Matt Schaub could have a monster night), but no two players (all positions) scored more than they did on "redemption Sunday."

The rookie Stafford had a five-interception game just two weeks ago, and his 32 fantasy points matched his output for the past three weeks combined. I had some faith in Stafford, though, given the soft matchup, and even was forced to start him on one of my teams. That turned out very well. But there is absolutely no chance I would have gone the Quinn route, no matter the opponent. He had been costing owners points. I realize the difference in the Ravens' and Lions' defenses, but from 99 passing yards and a minus-1 in fantasy to 304 yards, four touchdowns and 28 fantasy points is borderline unheard of.
