Sooners land a pair of big commits

Oklahoma scored big Friday night in landing a pair of commitments from two of the elite players in the West region. Five-star athlete Tony Jefferson (Chula Vista, Calif./Eastlake) and four-star wide receiver Kenny Stills (Carlsbad, Calif./La Costa Canyon) announced at the Silver Pigskin Gala, a San Diego awards show, that they would both be playing their college ball for the Sooners. Stills chose the Sooners over Florida and Michigan, while Jefferson chose OU over USC and Michigan. "I feel great about Oklahoma," Stills said. "I had a great visit there and it really opened my eyes up a lot. I love the coaching staff, the tradition of the program and of course that offense is great for any receiver.
