OAKLAND, Calif. -- Vinny Del Negro knew that his team couldn't get into a run-and-gun contest with the Warriors on Monday afternoon.

He knew that if his team was going to keep its four-game winning streak alive, it had to play solid defense and stop Golden State's long-range shooters from getting hot.
