Fed Cup: Oudin in, Williams sisters out

The Williams sisters are choosing football over Fed Cup.

Serena and Venus Williams will not play in the Feb. 6-7 Fed Cup quarterfinal between the United States and France, saying they plan to be in South Florida for Super Bowl weekend in their roles as part owners of the NFL's Miami Dolphins.
