No great teams, but it could be a great March

Great (adjective) [greyt]: notable; remarkable; exceptionally outstanding; being such in an extreme or notable degree.

"A great college basketball team." You may have heard me say it and say it many times. And you may think it sounds unkind and trivializing. But it is not. And it happens to be true.

There are no "great" teams in college basketball this season. And there is only one team that has a chance to reach "great team" status before the end of the season, and that team is Kansas.
