Klein Collins juniors gaining interest

Charles Jackson (Houston/Klein Collins) may be the top pure corner from the state of Texas in the 2011 class. The 5-foot-9, 173-pounder recently clocked a blistering 4.39 40 and recorded a 38-inch vertical. His impressive explosiveness combined with on-field production to the tune of 50 tackles, four interceptions and a number of attention-grabbing returns has lead to increased interest from college coaches. "Actually, I'm supposed to be going to Texas' junior day on Feb. 27," said Jackson. "I have also been invited to junior days at Baylor, TCU, Texas Tech and I think Oklahoma State." In addition to the five regional programs, Jackson is also beginning to receive national interest.
