Pete Tiernan, who runs BracketScience.com, has a theory about college hoops coaches during the NCAA tourney. "This is when it's not just experience but about results," he says. "Getting to the tourney five or more times without ever getting to the Elite Eight should be a huge red flag. Guys like Bruce Pearl and Mark Few are snakebitten and have been underachievers."
