Szott playing the waiting game

There are plenty of solid tight end prospects in the Midwest and one of the best comes from Illinois. Mark Szott (Aurora, Ill./Waubonsie Valley) has scholarship offers, but he's still waiting for some major programs to offer. "I have scholarship offers from Northern Illinois, Ball State and Marshall," said Szott. "I'm getting a lot of hand-written mail from bigger schools and I've had conversations with a lot of coaches but so far I only have the three offers." The 6-foot-4, 227-pounder plans on checking out Arizona and Arizona State, while on his spring break.
