Joe who? Ramos not a bad replacement

The Minnesota Twins are in first place in the American League Central. They have done it without their All-Star closer Joe Nathan. He's out for the year, and the decision was made in the spring not to trade away one of their top prospects, catcher Wilson Ramos, in an attempt to replace Nathan.
