I wonder just how many injuries the Boston Bruins can withstand and keep moving forward in this impossible-to-predict playoff spring.

Late in the regular season, they lost top pivot Marc Savard to a concussion as a result of a cheap shot from Pittsburgh Penguins winger Matt Cooke. Without Savard, the Bruins were able to find themselves down the stretch and nail down a playoff spot. They played so well, Savard was able to return to action in the second round.
