Zobrist has value despite lack of homers
Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Edwin Jackson has hit a home run, along with 292 other major leaguers. Zobrist, one of the breakout players from 2009 with 27 home runs, has not. While many could surmise that Zobrist is back to being a middling utility player, I'll remind people that this seventh-round pick in ESPN average live drafts is still contributing for baseball's best team. He's not hitting .210; he's hitting a respectable .267. He's still stealing bases. He just hasn't homered. If he had hit one or two home runs, would you be less concerned?
