Hayden wins by 0.177 seconds

ELKHART LAKE, Wis. -- Suzuki rider Tommy Hayden won the AMA Pro American SuperBike final at Road America on Sunday for his second career victory.

Yamaha rider Josh Hayes started from the pole and was immediately pressured by a hard-charging Hayden. Hayden passed Hayes on the straightaway leading to the checkers to win by 0.177 seconds. Jake Zemke was third on a Suzuki owned by Michael Jordan.
