Rookie Carter Phillips wins Event 16

In the latest ESPN The Magazine, you'll notice a little small section about rookies to watch at the 2010 WSOP. Carter Phillips was one of those players, thanks to his tremendous success overseas on the European Poker Tour. After winning his first career bracelet in Event 16, he'll be one to follow for quite a long time.
