Uncovering prospects' warning signs

With fewer than 10 days to go before the draft, teams have had at minimum seven months to watch, study and evaluate prospects. But as the famous Danish physicist Niels Bohr once said, "Prediction is very difficult, especially about the future."

This blog has chronicled the successes and failures of teams drafting in both rounds over the past few years, so we know there are few "sure things," but what scares teams the most? We read and hear the term "red flags" all the time, but are all red flags the same? Is there one issue that trumps them all, ultimately preventing a team from drafting a player no matter how well he may rate on its board? And to which prospects in the 2010 class do these flags apply?
