Atlanta Braves right-hander Jair Jurrjens made a successful return from the disabled list Wednesday, allowing one run in five innings and striking out six to earn his first victory. This is a pitcher with a career 3.38 ERA, and he's still available in more than half of ESPN's standard leagues.

Seattle Mariners outfielder Michael Saunders hit two of his team's four home runs in Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, giving him seven on the season in 106 at-bats, a strong rate. Of course, the 23-year-old isn't taking walks, isn't stealing bases and isn't likely to hit for a high batting average, but he is flashing power.
