Expect anything before All-Star break

It's the last bit of action before the All-Star break, when anything is possible. Matt Garza, who pitches Saturday for the Tampa Bay Rays, picked up an unexpected save this week, and he might not end up being the only starting pitcher to give his fantasy owners a statistical surprise before the weekend is out.
