PORTLAND, Ore. -- Northwestern QB Teddy Bridgewater (Miami/ Miami Northwestern) connected with Dantrell Horne (Miami/Miami Northwestern) for his third touchdown reception in the game's final play versus Glenville (Cleveland, Ohio) and then Bridgewater hit Eli Rogers (Miami/Miami Northwestern) for a one-point conversion to survive a back-and-forth affair, 41-40, at the Nike 7ON tournament.

After Northwestern stormed out to a 12-0 lead in the first half, Glenville answered strong and closed out the half with 18 unanswered points. The second half was wild as the teams alternated scores on every possession.

Glenville took a 40-34 lead with a minute remaining when Nick Davis (Cleveland/Glenville) caught a corner route from Cardale Jones (Cleveland/Glenville). Northwestern came right back on the next possession as Bridgewater hit Horne on a stop-and-go to set up the winning score.
