Serra (Gardena, Calif.) was the lone West Coast representative at the recent Nike 7On Passing Championship in Portland, Ore. The Cavaliers finished in third place and showed why they'll be one of the state's top teams this coming season.

The Cavs don't have the depth at the skill positions they had a year ago when they went 15-0 and won a state title but should still be very strong. Here's a look at some of the standout players for the Cavs from last weekend's tournament.

• ATH Marqise Lee (6-foot-1, 185 pounds): George Farmer steals most of the headlines and deservedly so, but Lee was the best player for the Cavs by a wide margin. He had a tournament leading eight interceptions and also looked very good catching the ball.
