Carlos Santana has knee surgery
CLEVELAND -- Carlos Santana had surgery to repair his left knee that will sideline the Cleveland Indians rookie until spring training.
The operation on Santana's lateral collateral ligament was performed by Dr. Rick Parker on Friday at Cleveland Clinic.
