The enigma that is Detroit Tigers right-hander Rick Porcello finished off a strong week Sunday by allowing one run in seven innings for his seventh win. For the week, Porcello gave up only five hits in 14 innings, and struck out eight. He's scheduled to face the Kansas City Royals next, which is certainly enticing.

Cincinnati Reds left-hander Travis Wood struggled in two starts this week. Sunday he gave up 10 hits and three walks in five messy innings; for the week his 2.51 ERA rose to 3.53, and he allowed 22 hits/walks in nine innings. Is he tired? Was his midseason success a fluke? Fantasy owners should sit him until we know for sure.
