Sens' Pascal Leclaire leaves in first

OTTAWA -- Ottawa goalie Pascal Leclaire left the Senators' game against Carolina on Thursday night after a goalmouth collision early in the first period.

Leclaire, the starter in each of Ottawa's first three games, had to be helped off the ice 2:06 in after he sustained a lower-body injury, apparently the result of contact with Hurricanes forward Tom Kostopoulos while covering up after stopping a shot.
