Floyd Landis finished 40th last year
WELLINGTON, New Zealand -- Disgraced cyclist Floyd Landis will ride in New Zealand's Tour of Southland next month for the second time.
After repeated denials, Landis admitted this year to the doping which caused him to be stripped of his 2006 Tour de France title. He competed in the five-day, nine-stage New Zealand tour last year and finished 40th of the 95 riders who completed the race.
Tour manager Bruce Ross said Monday he has no objection to the American rider's participation.
