Welcome to Thursday, that special day when we combine running backs and wide receivers into one long weekly rankings list. Running back and wide receiver … the two positions listed for New England's Danny Woodhead, who returns to the top 100 flex rankings this week. We laugh, we cry, we all flex together. Let's get started.

This week you'll see the normal infusion of running backs early in the rankings, then things change like no other week this season. Let's just say it's not a particularly good week for running back depth. In fact, I couldn't find 50 backs I really liked for the position rankings, and you won't find 50 running backs on this list below. Rather, it's heavy on wide receivers, and even if this list went 10 deeper (to 110), I'd likely just add nine more wide receivers. This is good for those in deep leagues, because the days of automatically choosing a running back for the flex spot are long gone.
