Big Ten recruiting breakdown

The end of the college football regular season is in site which means recruiting season is just about ready to take center stage. With that in mind, it is a good time to look at what has gone right and wrong on the recruiting front for each Big Ten team, who is each team's top commitment and who is their top remaining target. The number next to the school is the number of commitments that school currently has.
Illinois (18)What has gone right: Ron Zook has landed seven prospects from the state of Illinois and enticed two Floridians to head north, including DB Carl Williams (Jacksonville, Fla./First Coast). What has gone wrong: Zook has not been able to land any of the top in-state prospects to this point, something the coach at Illinois should be able to do. Top commitment: DT Clint Tucker (East Saint Louis, Ill./East Saint Louis Sr.) Top remaining target: LB/RB Rodney Coe (Edwardsville, Ill./Edwardsville)
Indiana (21)What has gone right: Coach Bill Lynch landed a large group of early commitments. The Hoosiers' 21 commitments before the end of the football season is a very high number for Indiana. What has gone wrong: Linebacker Max Pirman (Orrville, Ohio/Orrville) recently switched his commitment from Indiana to Nebraska Top commitment: RB D'Angelo Roberts (Bloomington, Ind./Bloomington North) Top remaining target: ATH Shane Wynn (Cleveland, Ohio/Glenville)
