The Auburn Tigers and South Carolina Gamecocks will meet next in Atlanta on Dec. 4 no matter what happens over Thanksgiving, but Auburn's national title hopes face a threat as or perhaps more severe than Cameron Newton's ongoing eligibility questions this Friday in Tuscaloosa against the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Few sports fans will be too surprised if Auburn returns home with an Iron Bowl loss. Despite two losses, Alabama remains one of the best teams in the country. If the Crimson Tide do indeed knock Auburn off of their undefeated perch, here's how it will likely take place.
