Kaleb Tarzcewski continuing to emerge

Kaleb Tarzcewski (Claremont, N.H./St. Mark's School) was just one of the ESPNU Super 60 prospects that stood out at last weekend's National Prep Showcase. The seven-footer went for 25 points and 10 rebounds on Saturday night to lead St. Mark's to a win over Lee Academy. Beyond just the numbers, Tarzcewski was impressive because of how he scored his points. He is a rarity because he is a big man who wants to play on the block. He continues to get stronger and more physically aggressive, and did a great job of establishing real estate next to the rim and scoring over smaller defenders from close ranges. Tarzcewski also changes ends extremely well for a player his size. His ability to run the floor has always stood out to college coaches since well before he began to learn to utilize all of his gifts. Now that he is starting to put all of the pieces together on a consistent basis it is no surprise that he has recruitment from the very highest levels of college basketball.
