Sources: Ellis Hobbs mulling retirement
After suffering another neck injury that landed him on injured reserve last week, Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Ellis Hobbs is likely to retire, according to sources close to the team.
"There's a good chance of that happening," a source said Saturday.
Hobbs, 27, is expected to undergo neck surgery next week for the second time in a year.
