Vikes fans are redefining the term 'shovel pass'

As if the 5-8 record and the drama surrounding Brett Favre et al weren't bad enough, beleaguered fans of the Minnesota Vikings are now being subjected to further indignities: The team is soliciting volunteers to shovel snow in advance of Monday's game with the Bears.

They've already put up with Randy Moss coming and going, Brett Favre's sext-gate, Percy Harvin's migraines, the firing of Brad Childress and, worst of all, a losing record. Now Minnesota Vikings fans are being asked to do manual labor -- snow shoveling, to be exact.
